Black Dots in Two-Component Squeegee Coatings
1. Customer Problem & Description:
Black dots appear in two-component squeegee coatings, usually visible the next day.(As shown in pictures below)
2. YICONIK Improvement Solutions:
1) Optimize equipment: align material flow with the mixing shaft
2) Extend mixing time of component A and B (approx. 1 minute)
3) Maintain proper cart speed during application
3. Through on-site observation, analysis, testing, and customized improvement plans provided by YICONIK technical service team, all problems were fully resolved.
