2017 Guizhou Expressway ETC Lane Anti-Skid Project | MMA Colored Anti-Skid Pavement
Core Overview
Completed in October 2017, this project on the ETC dedicated lanes of Guizhou Expressway (Southwest China) demonstrates the performance of our MMA resin (also known as two-component acrylic resin for road marking) in high-friction anti-skid pavement applications. Using the screeding & brooming method with pre-mixed ceramic aggregates method, our resin delivers durable, high-friction colored surfaces optimized for toll plaza environments.
Project Introduction
This case uses our MMA resin (methyl methacrylate resin / MMA liquid resin) as the core raw material for MMA colored anti-skid pavement coating (ceramic aggregate type). Our cold plastic road marking resin system offers excellent adhesion, wear resistance, and skid resistance, meeting the high demands of toll plaza lanes, where frequent braking, acceleration, and slow-moving traffic require enhanced grip and durability. The colored surface improves traffic guidance and reduces stopping distances, enhancing both safety and efficiency at the toll station.
This project validates our materials’ reliability for high-traffic, high-wear anti-skid pavement applications in critical highway infrastructure.
